1 . Store Manager
- To run the store operations as per the time and schedule
- To ensure good service to the customers, cater to customer requirements and queries
- To maintain ambience as per prescribed standards
- To support Marketing Team to achieve Sales Target and ensure profitability for the designated store.
- Analyses store sales and key stats, and score cards.
- Develops action plans to increase productivity.
- Applies all seasonal and annual advertising and promotional plans as per instructions.
- Apply all visual merchandising principles and directives.
- Analyses and monitors the store Stock/ Inventory level and reorder as and when required.
- Follow guidelines and policies to perform all administrative operations.
- Operational and financial reporting
- Ensures proper handling of point of sale transactions, refunds, exchanges, and claim problems that customers encounter.
- Motivate staff and coaches them towards higher levels of performance and results.

3 . Graphic Visualizer
- Work Experience on print and interactive design
- Strong, clean visual design sense
- Deep understanding on user experience driven applications.
- Will be involved in ideating and designing communication layouts for web pages, out door, indoor, corporate, retail and other display and merchandising material.
- Will be involved right from conceptualization to processing and all aspects of the creative process, photo-shoots etc.
- Must be competent in Corel Draw, Photoshop, PageMaker, Paint shop pro, Adobe Illustrator, HTML, Dream weaver, flash, multimedia (3D max Corel Draw, PhotoShop and Illustrator/ Quark Express/ Adobe In-design and other designing packages

4 . Graphic Designer
- Work with Director, Marketing and Creative Manager, obtain and evaluate graphical assets and reference material from client
- Should be able to do an independent research to ensure the accuracy of all concepts and techniques.
- Significant expertise with design programs including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Macromedia Flash
- Excellent drafting skills and sophisticated use of colour and in-depth domain knowledge
- Detail oriented mind, well organized and able to thrive in deadline driven environment.
- Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to multitask

- Should have adequate background in print media involving sourcing, collating information, writing, editing, quality monitoring, and coordination with design and client interface.
- Providing content for in-house newsletter & marketing

- Proof reading written material for brochures, press releases, newsletters etc.
- Handling several other Written Communication.
