Eighteen years ago, we started with a simple goal: to fix bad prints. What began as a small print shop with big ideas quickly turned into something much more. Over the years, we've evolved, expanded, and most importantly, learned from our experiences. Much like a child growing into adulthood, this journey has been filled with challenges, lessons, and moments of pure joy.
The Journey from Adolescence to Adulthood
Turning 18 is often a defining moment for many. It’s a time when you start to look back at how far you’ve come, reflect on the mistakes that shaped you, and realise the potential of what’s ahead. For us, this milestone isn't just about celebrating the number; it’s about embracing the transformation we’ve gone through from a small print shop to a fully-fledged platform serving brands and businesses globally.
You've been part of the journey—relive it with us.
We’ve been through many stages, just like anyone growing up. Let’s take a step back and look at how our identity and mission have evolved along the way.
2007: The First Print
When we opened our first store in 2007, the goal was simple: make printing better. But what we soon realised was that we weren’t just in the printing business. We were in the business of solving frustrations. Each perfect print, every on-time delivery, and every satisfied customer helped us solidify the foundation we still stand on today. It wasn’t glamorous it was raw, it was scrappy, and it taught us the basics that we would need to grow.
2010: Scaling Without a Script
By 2010, PrintStop was no longer just a single store. We had four stores across the city, each one driven by customers asking, “Can you open near us too?” This phase taught us how to scale without a blueprint, learning everything from operational consistency to maintaining quality across multiple locations. Growth wasn’t planned it was earned. It was the product of real people, real relationships, and real trust.
2013–2017: From Storefront to Screen
This was a pivotal moment we transitioned online. And it wasn’t a side project, it was a complete shift in how we worked. With the launch of our e-commerce platform, PrintStop was no longer limited to the physical world. We became a service that could be accessed from anywhere, breaking geographic barriers and introducing us to a whole new type of customer. This was the moment when everything changed. We no longer just printed; we personalised. We adapted. We grew.
2018–2020: More Than Just Prints
Once we were online, the question that followed was: What else can we simplify? And the answer came in the form of BrandStore and Onboarding Kits. These weren’t just products; they were experiences. Through these services, we began helping companies create better, more engaging experiences for their teams. Suddenly, PrintStop wasn’t just a printing service; we were helping brands engage, connect, and welcome new employees in ways we had never imagined. We weren’t just printing; we were creating experiences that mattered.
2021–2022: Product Thinking, Platform Moves
As we matured, we started thinking bigger, deeper, and more systematically. We earned our ISO certification, and with it, the birth of Mandaala. This was a major shift not just for us but for the entire business. Mandaala, a platform to manage branded merchandise at scale, pushed us to think about processes, not just products. We built systems that connected the dots between teams, timelines, and geographies. Our focus shifted from delivering a product to creating solutions that worked seamlessly in the background, making it easier for our clients.
2024: PrintStop plus, Built for Growth
PrintStop plus is our answer to the needs of fast-growing, mid-sized teams stuck in the chaos of manual procurement. We went back to the drawing board and simplified the process. PrintStop plus wasn’t loud; it didn’t need to be. It just worked, seamlessly. It allowed businesses to focus on what really mattered to them, while we took care of the rest. In a world full of noise, we kept things simple, clean, and straightforward just the way we like it.
2025: The MerchTech Shift
This year, we make the most exciting shift of all. We're embracing MerchTech. It’s not just about products or services anymore; it’s about merging merchandise with technology to create a whole new category that sits at the intersection of brand experience and digital transformation. Mandaala isn’t just a platform; it’s part of a movement. A movement that brings clarity to chaos, structure to ideas, and pride to every piece of branded merchandise. This shift isn’t just about scale; it’s about how we can help companies manage their brand experiences in a smarter, more efficient way
We’re not just in print anymore. We’re in the business of making brands feel real.
And that brings us here. To our 18th birthday. And to our new look.
We knew we’d grown up. We just didn’t look like it yet.
So we changed that.
Meet the new PrintStop (with the same promise)
A bold black P, paired with a sharp red dot.
It’s simple. Confident. Clear. Just like the company we’ve become.
The P stands for our name, yes but also for our principles: precision, professionalism, and presence. The red dot? It’s our full stop. The statement that says:
“You’ve arrived. This is where your search ends.”
No noise. No clutter. Just quality. Printing at its Best. Period.
This isn’t just a new logo. It’s a new era.
We’re not chasing trends. We’re not trying to be everything to everyone. We’re building with focus, with intent, and with the kind of quiet confidence that only comes from 18 years of doing the work.
So yes, we’ve grown up.
And yes, we’ve glowed up.
But the heart? The obsession with doing things well, the thrill of a perfectly aligned print, the joy of making your job easier? That’s still the same.
Here’s to the next chapter. The PrintStop you know, reimagined.
